ANN AMQP 1.0 Python and .NET clients released.

Hi all,

We released the Python AMQP 1.0 client [1] and the .NET AMQP 1.0 client [2].

These two PRS, [3] and [4], change how messages are encoded. Thus, all the AMQP 1.0 clients [5] now encode messages in the same way.

The Data Section encoding is needed for cross-protocol applications, such as mixing AMQP 0.9.1, AMQP 1.0 etc..
