Is it possible to rename a rabbit connection?

I've tried 

connection = factory.CreateConnection({connection_name})

but it doesn't seem to work. The connection name still comes up as undefined.

use factory.newConnection(name)
this will create connection with name

Thanks for the reply Bhuvana,

I couldn't get it to work though,
factory doesn't seem to have .newConnection method

Can you please clarify that? I'm sorry I'm new to rabbitMQ and programming :(
For your information, I'm coding this in c#.

newConnection is what Java client uses. In .NET it is ConnectionFactory#CreateConnection. See [1].

Hello Michael,

I am using Java client (after trying all the RabbitMQ Java tutorials) above RabbitMQ 3.8.2. The connections works fine, but when I try cf.newConnection("hello"), I get the same default name connection at Connections tab in RabbitMQ web console.

Am I doing something else wrong (missing some server configuration, client config) or is really there an issue?
