ANN RabbitMQ 3.7.8 is released

On behalf of the RabbitMQ team I'm happy to announce that RabbitMQ 3.7.8 is available for download from GitHub [1], Bintray [2], Package Cloud [3].

This is a maintenance release with a few bug fixes.

This release has no other known incompatibilities with earlier 3.7.x versions.
