how to get access to my RabbitMQ from other PC

Hi,

I have installed RabbitMQ 3.5.6 on FreeBSD 9.3 according to manuals i have found in he web. Got all the plugins installed. 

When i use tellnet on the pc where rmq is installed i got this

telnet localhost 5672
Connected to localhost.
Escape character is '^]'.
adjasd
AMQP    Connection closed by foreign host.

But i cant get connection to my  localhost 5672 from other computers. 

Please help.

"localhost" is the local computer:

If you're connecting from somewhere else, you'll need to use either the hostname or the IP address of the PC where RabbitMQ is installed. You may also need to allow access via the firewall.

Your issue is not related to localhost.

"asjasd" is not what the server expects

from a connected client, so it closes TCP connection.

I do use the  IP address of the PC where RabbitMQ is installed in telet command - access denied.

All rules i firewall are set. I allowed  access to 15762 (web ui) port and 5762, 5761 ports as well.

I can login to RabbitMQ web interface as admin from any pc. Just can get access to 5672 port from elsewhere.

I know that i just was testing if connection  is awallyable

thnx all for the fast respond problem was in ipfw (wrong rules specified)
