Management UI for 3.11.9 having JS exceptions when accessing any Virtual Host under Admin section

Hi all!

Could you please help on how to figure out / identify the issue described above, with the UI.

Currently using Erlang 25.2.3 + Rabbit 3.11.9

To reproduce it, just go open any Virtual Host, like "/", under Admin->Virtual Hosts:

http://192.168.0.101:15672/#/vhosts/%2F

The produced error is:

It seems pretty similar to Bug:
