facing error with the code 2185 after trying to start RabbitMQ

to rabbitmq-users

once I tried to run RabbitMQ 3.6.11 after its installtion, I got the following error in the command prompt: More help is available by typing NET HELPMSG 2185.

How can I solve it.

P.S:

I'm using Windows 10

Maybe too old rabbitmq version? You can try to use the latest rabbitmq
and erlang software.
