Tier 1 plugins documentation

Hi,

Is documentation for the list of core plugins up to date? https://www.rabbitmq.com/plugins.html#tier1-plugins for example this table doesn't show rabbitmq_auth_backend_oauth2 plugin, but readme for plugin tells that it only needs to be enabled (as tier1 plugins).

Thanks for noticing. Yes, that is a tier-1 plugin. I have opened an issue to update the docs - https://github.com/rabbitmq/rabbitmq-website/issues/1318
