Local host 15672 not working

I have installed Erlang, Rabbitmq for my windows 10 machine. I have ran the below command- rabbitmq-plugins enable rabbitmq_management. But still I am not able to see the ui of Rabbitmq in local host.

what's the error message?

And, please run the command below for output.

# rabbitmq-plugins list

Thanks for quick response, as you said I have ran the command rabbitmq-plugins list. I got the list of plugins, but I got one error kind of thing
|Status:[failed to contact rabbimq@LAPTOP-XXXX - status not shown]

Below this error msg I got list of plugins. List has
[E] rabbitmq-management

When I try to load the local host:15672, there is no error message but it says This site can't be reached

It is maybe due to network stuff, name resolution problem, erlang cookie etc, you cannot connect to the node, this is the only problem.
