Hello, Please can someone provide information if it is advisable to run rabbitmq on a docker container for production purposes. Thinking of deploying it on my AWS EKS cluster.

Yes you can. bitnami has done a good job for this.

There is a RabbitMQ Cluster Operator which is the recommended method: https://www.rabbitmq.com/kubernetes/operator/operator-overview.html
