How to achieve High Availability in Quorum queues in RabbitMQ

How do I setup HA in quorum queues ? I have a spring boot client application working with a 3 node RabbitMQ cluster. When the leader node is shut down, the client is not able to publish the messages in the queue. Am I configuring something wrong ?

Yes it sounds like something is wrong for sure as this is something quorum queues handle without issue normally.

Inspect the server logs perhaps for more details and provide some screenshots of the mqmt ui queue page, RabbitMQ version etc.

No policies should be needed. Please share `rabbitmq-queues quorum_status QUEUE_NAME`, logs and version info.
