Noticed the below error in the RabbitMQ log file repeatedly:
2023-02-16 02:42:02.065000+10:00 [error] <0.888.0> handle.exe output did not contain a line beginning with ' File ', unable to determine used file descriptor count: "\r\nNthandle v5.0 - Handle viewer\r\nCopyright (C) 1997-2022 Mark Russinovich\r\nSysinternals - www.sysinternals.com\r\n\r\nHandle type summary:\r\n ALPC Port : 1\r\n Desktop : 1\r\n Directory : 2\r\n EtwRegistration : 66\r\n Event : 87\r\n IoCompletion : 4\r\n IRTimer : 6\r\n Key : 8\r\n Process : 4\r\n Process : 41\r\n Section : 1\r\n Semaphore : 4\r\n Thread : 13\r\n TpWorkerFactory : 3\r\n WaitCompletionPacket: 7\r\n WindowStation : 2\r\nTotal handles: 250\r\n"

Could anyone help with this error log in RabbitMQ and please let us know the resolution.

We have installed Handle.exe earlier to resolve the issue for "Could not find handle.exe, please install from sysinternals"

Thanks!

Hello,

You can ignore this message. Recent versions of RabbitMQ will switch to a different method of determining used file handles if  handle.exe does not provide the correct output.

We have tried contacting the author of handle.exe concerning this issue and have not received a response.

Thanks,
Luke
