failing shovel connection

Hello Team,

I am new to this group. I am trying to connect shovel between sourcer and destination and getting the bbelow errors.

Looks like there is a permissions issue:

"ACCESS_REFUSED - Login was refused using authentication mechanism PLAIN"

It says "Shovel 'Simon.downlink' could not connect to source", so probably the user hasn't been specified or doesn't have access to the source queue. Check the URI examples in the "shovel"-web page. If you are shoveling within the same user you don't need to specify username/passwd there is a shorthand for that, also covered in those examples.
