High CPU/Multiple erl.exe/powershell

Just installed rabbitmq using chocolatey on Windows Server 2019, running as a service.
After a minute I notice that CPU jumps to 100%. Task manager shows multiple erl.exe (like 4-5 instances) and multiple powershell.exe instances (like 8-10).
Does anyone know what is going on?
