RabbitMQ v3.8.23 Management UI returning Http Status Code 500 when clicking on an Exchange and Queues that won't synchronise

Hi,

 

I have a couple of issue in our production environment which are causing significant concern.

 

1. Clicking on an Exchange in the RabbitMQ Management UI is throwing a bunch of errors (Attached). I clicked on the “Financials events” exchange in the UI and I see this:
   

 

2. We’re also seeing queues that appear unsynchronised in the Management UI but that have no messages in:

 

But clicking on an “unsynchronised” queue shows no option to synchronise them:

 

Is this a bug or a configuration issue? Does it represent a corruption of the mnesia DB?

 

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
