HTTP Rabbit Health check is failing

Hi All,

HTTP Rabbit Health check is failing and we're getting socket timeout error.

Application is unable to connect to Rabbitmq.

We saw Rabbitmq server is up and running, dont know whats wrong and what it is missing.

Could you please can anyone help me on this
