Error while installing zero dependency erlang v24

All, 

I am trying install latest RPM of zero dependency RPM with below URL 

https://github.com/rabbitmq/erlang-rpm/releases/download/v24.0.5/erlang-24.0.5-1.el8.x86_64.rpm

While installing this, I am getting below error:

 You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem

 You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

I am trying this on a RHEL machine.

Do we need to manually install these dependencies?

Yes, you need to install the missing dependencies.
