Message Stats not showing up in rabbitmq_management

Hello,
I am using RabbitMQ 4.0.4
I am facing an issue where I am unable to see any message rate in the rabbitmq_management i.e. it's showing currently idle all the time and in the rabbitmq APi too the message stats[ ] object is empty as shown in the attachment:

Please have a look at this issue.

Hi,

Do you have any messages going in/out of the cluster? These graphs are only populated when there are messages being sent. Also note that there are no message rates for MQTT messages and AMQP 1.0 messages in 4.0.x
