AMQP 1.0 Application Properties [SHOVEL]

Hi

Currently it seems Rabbit built in Shovel does not translate custom metadata between AMQP 1.0 and AMQP 0.9.1.

What I mean is that AMQP 1.0 Application Properties should be translated to AMQP 0.9.1 Properties/Headers and via versa.

This is needed to use header based routings.

Is there another shovel that could be used to achieve this or should I start with opening a feature request ticket on RabbitMQ github?

It seems, that for AMQP 1.0 plugin this has already been implemented.

Do these settings also apply for shovel?
