Hi,
I have installed rabbitmq 3.7.2 on windows.
Now I want to change the configuration and I come to know from documentation that by default the configuration files does not gets created.
Need to create new one with required configuration.

Questions
1) Path Confirmation for Windows and Linux  ??

Windows ==> %APPDATA%\RabbitMQ\
Linux ==> /etc/rabbitmq/

2) Config File format
 Is it
rabbitmq.config or rabbitmq.conf??

I tried with
rabbitmq.config but the rabbitmq server not picking it. I tried password change for default guest user but the server picking up old password and not modified one.
When I tried with
rabbitmq.conf then the rabbitmq server does not gets started.

Any comments, inputs ??

Thanks
Vivek

Both are answered in the following doc guides: http://www.rabbitmq.com/relocate.html and http://www.rabbitmq.com/configure.html.

There is an entire section that has "rabbitmq.conf" in the name, for example.

The latter also includes a section on how to verify that the config file is loaded and what the effective
configuration is:
http://www.rabbitmq.com/configure.html#verify-configuration-config-file-location
http://www.rabbitmq.com/configure.html#verify-configuration-effective-configuration
