Finally, Someone Who Actually Shows Up

I don't usually do this, but this one's worth it.

Following my post yesterday, Sam came out and handled our air duct and dryer vent cleaning and honestly, I need to talk about it.

He showed up right on time, walked me through everything before starting, and didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need. He was thorough checked the whole system and cleaned out buildup we didn't even realize was there. The pricing was very affordable, especially compared to what we've dealt with before.

And that's really the part that got me — we've had our fair share of no-shows, people quoting one price and charging another, or rushing through the job just to move on to the next house. James was the opposite of all that. Professional, honest, and clearly takes pride in doing it right.

He's actually coming back this week to do the same for one of our neighbors, which says a lot on its own.
