It looks like you are trying to install an erlang package from RHEL/EPEL
on SLES. That's probably not going to work - while both distros use
RPM, there are many differences between them.
So you should install an erlang package specifically for SLES. See the
erlang project at opensuse.org:

We don't currently test on SLES as part of our normal pre-release
testing.
But people do download our RPM packages for SuSE (including the 2.4.1
one), and we haven't had any problems reported, so presumably they do
work.

Indeed, the combination of a 2.4.1 RabbitMQ broker, running on
SLES-11, is regularly used by a couple of teams within VMware.
Although the testing of it isn't focused on exercising Rabbit per se,
it is in regular enough use to support confidence in the
configuration.
