Sending file through RabbitMQ server's queue

Good morning,
As part of a professional project, we decided to send the files uploaded from the frontend to a 'CLAMAV' antivirus scanning process through a RabbitMQ queue in order to unload the core API of the application in long and heavy tasks.
We use C# and the file stream is therefore in the form of bytes array, in this specific case, is there a dedicated exchange type for this kind of data?
Otherwise, what can we use as an alternative, considering that the uploaded files (mostly pdf) can reach a maximum size of 100MB?
