HTTP API Callback

Hi,

Just wondering if there is a way RabbitMQ can send messages to a rest based API, for example I have an application that publishes a message to RabbitMQ when a certain action is performed, would RabbitMQ then be able to automatically send that message to another endpoint e.g. http://localhost/api/receive?
