RabbitMQ routing key topology

Hello,

Say that I have an exchange routing animals to different queues, like: queue-dog, queue-horse etc.

And there are some leftovers. Is there a way to tell the route key in the web-interface of RabbitMQ to route "not"-dog, "not"-horse etc? Ie everything else.
