Thumpers' "snip" day, part 2

hi bunnybuds!
just a little update..thumpy had her op this morning (tues) and all
went well :)
she had a full check-up whilist under anisthetic, and she is fit and
well..her teeth were checked too and they are "perfect" as the vet
put it!
thumpy is back home now with me and dinks..even though she is still a
little "dopey" from the anisthetic.
the vet gave her some pain killers that should last her till
tomorrow..he said that should be enough for her...i have to keep an
eye on her for the next 24 hours to make sure she is eating and
pooping ok..so far she hasnt eaten anything, so she hasnt passed
anything..hopefully she will eat something a bit later :)

Glad to hear that everything went well with Thumpy :)
I'm sure she'll start eating soon, perhaps something light like
parsley or carrot tops :p

Hi Sailorbunny

Sorry for the delayed reply. Yesterday was mega busy.

I'm so glad to read that Thumper has come through the op well. I hope
she's eating by now, but if not try her with some dandelions, celery
leaves, basil or cilantro. All are firm favourites here and they're
what got Cinnamon started after her dental when she came home woozy
too.
