Am incercat varianta de hard reset cu buton Power+Volume Up/Down, dar nu vrea. I-am dat si reset din gaurica aia mica si tot degeaba. Nu intra nicicum in recovery mode...sa-i fac un root, nu stiu daca rezolva problema, in plus, nu ai voie sa ii faci altceva ca nu e a ta...Doar sa-i scot codul pin, sa o poata folosi la scoala online...am cautat tutoriale, alea din videouri intra in recovery mode cu power+volume up/down, insa asta nu vrea...

Am bagat toate codurile posibile, 1234, 123456, 0000, 000000, degeaba. In clipul postat de @Nikk, se arata cum se opreste aplicatia aia care nu-ti da voie sa faci nimic pe tableta, decat pt ce e programata. Dupa ce se opreste aplicatia aia, MDM, se poate intra in setari, instala pe ea, etc. Eu vreau doar sa ii fac tableta functionala pentru scoala online.

In tutorialul de mai sus, se explica clar cum poate fi dezactivata acea aplicatie. Apoi, poti seta ce vrei si instala ce vrei pe tableta. Problema la mine e ca am cod pin de blocare a ecranului, pe orice as apasa, imi cere acel cod pentru ca ecranul e blocat, nu ma intereseaza sa-i dezactivez acea aplicatie. Prin ea, tableta este monitorizata. Aceste tablete sunt ca un roi de albine conectate printr-un server, iar stupul este serverul care le contoleaza si monitorizeaza toata activitatea cu ajutorul acestei aplicatii, RED MDM. Tabletele contin si un sim de pe care vine conexiunea la internet. Asta are un sim ORANGE.

Nu. Copii sunt isteti, au vazut tutoriale pe youtube, ca cel de mai sus, au dezactivat RED MDM si si-au pus fiecare pinul propriu. Si-apoi, daca afla unul cum se face asta, iti dai seama ca vor sti toti. Tabletele sunt pline de jocuri si alte dracii, pe langa cele necesare scolii. Fara dezactivarea MDM-ului nu puteau sa instaleze si sa faca nimic. Am mai scos la una ce avea RED MDM dezactivat, fusese un cod pin pus la misto: 123456.
