[Proshow Producer Effect Packs Free Download

Is it possible to import the purchased Proshow effects packs into Photopia Director? I see Director has many slide styles and transitions seen in Proshow, but would like to use the ones I've purchased for Proshow.
Thank you for your responses. I followed your suggestion and was able to import some styles from Proshow to Director. But it would not let me import any of the purchased package styles (said invalid files for Director). I emailed Photopia support and asked if previously purchased Proshow packs could be imported but haven't heard from them yet.
I received a reply to my email from Joshua at Photopia. Found the "import from Proshow" in pop up window when starting Photopia. It worked! Imported all the purchased style/effects packs previously purchased in Proshow. Thanks Joshua!
Hi Jen, pop up may be the wrong terminology. When you first open the program in the upper right hand corner there will be a dropdown menu, click on that to get to the ProShow Import choices, see below.
Hi Jen, I have not used any of the .pkg files from Proshow but what happens if you right click on the file, do you get an option to "extract all"? If so then create a folder of your choice and extract all into that folder. Then see if Photopia can find them by browsing to that folder.
Photopia can import a variety of ProShow file types including PSH (slideshows), PXS (slide styles), PXT (transitions), and a number of other formats. My understanding is that the PKG files you're working with are effectively text files used by ProShow to define the metadata (file names, sizes, etc.) for slide style, transition, image, and other files that could then be downloaded from Photodex servers. They don't contain the actual effect (or image) files themselves, which would have been stored separately on the local system once downloaded.
Look for the corresponding (PXS / PXT) effect files in these folders on the computer where ProShow is installed. Those files can be manually copied over to the computer where Photopia is installed then imported through the "Manage Effects" window, using the "Import" button therein.
