Assalammualaikum and good morning,

Dear All,

We really need your cooperation about three following matters:-

1. ADMINISTRATIVE CIRCULAR NO. 32/2014 - UPDATING 7P DATA ENTRY INFORMATION FOR ACADEMIC STAFF is attached and referred. Kindly please fill, check and update information in RADIS, AIMS and GSMS systems as the data will be reviewed and endorsed by data owners (e.g. RMC, Library, etc.). The data in 7P Data Entry Record System will be extracted from these three (3) systems.
2. Please submit/email the information about:  i) List of publications in non-citation-indexed Journal.
   -ii) List of publications in citation-indexed journals including refereed proceedings.
   iii) No. of research books (4 chapters in research book(s) are equivalent to 1 research book) iv) Other Publications (including conference proceedings) that have created an impact to government/ society/policy.
3. Please check whether your indexed papers (Scopus or Web of Science) are included in the list of publications (as attached). Make sure that the Vol No and Pages, and Impact Factors are correctly written.
