Dependency versions:

- Drivers on the same SPI version level try to align with latest Reactor 3.3 versions

- Breaking changes get quickly fixed by Reactor team

Google Cloud Spanner:

- GCP team working on a new revision of the R2DBC Spanner driver based on top of a shared client library

- To be included in BOM once work on the library is finalized
