Reception of R2DBC

- Demand for R2DBC, increase in adoption (blog post, bug reports, download stats)

- Most blog posts use SPI directly. Likely a consequence of the lack of client choice. Many major JDBC libraries haven’t adopted R2DBC yet.

Type-specific Statement.bind() overloads for accepting null values (#153)

- Useful for users but not so much for libraries.
