I need help, my prints are coming like this (picture in attach). It is the Y axis. can any one help?

This is a prusa i3. By the way can you guys share the config file (in the sdcard). So i can compare with mine (in case you have a prusa i3).

It seems to me that the Y axis is skipping some steps, also there seems to be some issues with the extruder: its motor isn't pulling the wire, or maybe the hotend temperature is too hot and some vapors get mixed with the plastic making it thinner. Check if the Y axis pulley is well tightened to its motor, and also try lowering the temperature by some degrees.

It was the motor piece that turns the pulley one screw was not tighten enough. Thanks
