We have just released a major update at http://r2.amc.nl
Some of the changes include:
We have tried to make R2 more intuitive by providing navigation buttons.
Graphics for boxplots and barplots are enhanced for better clarity.
Tracks can be toggled on/off more easily via the new 'track display selection' panel.
Heatmaps are enhanced to reflect subpanels better.
kaplanscanner images are enhanced.
The new view:'view multiple genes'.
Export tracks for storage and/of sharing
GenomeBrowser annotation options (toolboxes)
Collaborators of R2 have access to even more additions.
