Cap Refill and Cerebellar stroke

Hi all,

Quick follow up to some of the things we discussed yesterday during Leo's training.

Here is the link to the podcast I mentioned, Emergency Medical Minute. The capillary refill two minute podcast isn't quite as relevant as I'd thought - it shares study results showing that cap refill abnormalities and serum lactates were equally effective in determining resuscitation efforts on septic patients - but does go over how one possible way to assess cap refill, which I found interesting.

One that is very relevant is the one on cerebellar stroke - helpful now that this is part of our protocol.
