Defective Cubieboard2

Hi,

I received a Cubieboard2 and case the other day, Order# 4452, and the board is defective out of the box.  I can only boot the default Android OS 1 out of every 4 or 5 tries, and I'm unable to boot anything from the SD Card (I've tried multiple cards and multiple distributions .. Arch, Cubian, OpenBSD, NetBSD).

I'd like to return the Cubieboard and case for a refund.  Please let me know what address to send it to.

It's now been 5 weeks since I shipped the cubieboard2 back to you.  It has to be there by now.  The estimate shipping time was 2 weeks.

Please Paypal me the money for the return shipping ($11.06 CAD) and ship me a working board with accessories ASAP.  It's been 2 months since I originally ordered the cubieboard2, which means that I haven't had a working board for 2 months.  That is unacceptable.

If you can't send me a new one, please refund my original purchase plus the cost of return shipping.
