Hi Mac list,

I am wondering if the failure to install/update igraph, rgl and terra packages is macOS specific or more general. I was trying to follow some advice which I have found on the internet, but no luck whatsoever. Any help?

Kind regards,
Petar

All of those packages have dependencies that need to be installed. I
don't remember the dependencies for igraph and terra, but for rgl you
need to have a current version of XQuartz with the development files in
the standard place, or configure rgl not to use X11.

{terra}, {sf} and maybe other spatial packages have some issues with source installation since some time, see this discussion for more info.

The binaries work fine.
