Version 0.6 of the resample package is on CRAN.

Fix bug in CI.bca when there are multiple statistics.

Fix bug in permutationTest2 when seed not supplied.

Add argument 'confidence = 0.95' to confidence intervals (easier than probs = c(0.025, 0.975)).
