R-Node - Updated to work with latest NodeJS

Hi everyone.

I've updated R-Node, available here:

This version now works with the latest (0.8.19) of NodeJS, and I expect it'll work with earlier versions too.

The installation is changed slightly, now node-gyp is required to build the bindings (npm -g install node-gyp).

I'd love to hear if (a) you try it and it works for you or (b) you try it and it fails to work!
