not able to install INLA

while installing INLA on window R version 4.3.1 using this link - install.packages("INLA",repos=c(getOption("repos"),INLA="https://inla.r-inla-download.org/R/testing"), dep=TRUE) 

getting this error

what to do?

it says you're installing into version of R, which is 4.1.

please upgrade to R-4.3

you have to then reinstall all packages
