Cannot find R Code for SPDE Book

Hello,

I was just wondering if the R Code for the "Advanced Spatial Modeling With Stochastic Partial Differential Equations Using R And INLA" was available online anywhere? I tried clicking the link mentioned in the book below and it no longer worked. I also could not find the code anywhere on the INLA webpage.
