R version 4.5.0 (How About a Twenty-Six) has been released on 2025-04-11, but we
are not yet building with it

I did a soft-link the repo with 4.5 -> 4.4, so if you moved to R-4.5 you will
get the 4.4 builds. As far as I have tested, its is still fine.

If you're on Linux and using 'rgeneric', you'll need testing version 25.04.16,
as there is a crash between libR for 4.4 and 4.5 (which is addressed in this
version)
