INLA Failure: Issues with a single covaraite?

Hi all,

I am running a zinb-glmm and a zinb-spde-glmm in inla for a project on ticks. I have previously run my zinb-glmm code, and everything worked fine. Yesterday, the only thing I did differently was change my soil covariate, and now I get an error while processing my edge covariate.

Oddly, when I run my spde-glmm, it all works fine.

Has anyone else had issues with covariates in their data or similar errors?
