the results are stored in a temporary directory by default that is
removed afterwards, less you add the option keep=TRUE, for which you'll
find the results at 'current working directory' (there is also the
option 'working.directory' for which you store them somewhere else)
in any case, there is nothing there that is not already in the resulting
inla-object, and the files are usually in binary format, hence you need
to know what is there to read them
