Parent (dam and sire) dependencies

Hi,
I'm having difficulty establishing the dependencies between the dam and sire parents. I have 4 parents, for example (2 dams and 2 sires) and 10 offspring samples, and I want to determine which parent corresponds to each offspring. I have strict criteria where there must be a dependency between the dam and sire, for example:
- DM3050.11.04 as dam 1 should always be paired with DM5459.29.34 as sire 1.
- Additionally, I have DM3051.37.18 as dam 2, which should always be paired with DM635.607 as sire 2.
Once these dependencies are determined, I want to identify which offspring are descendants of DM3050.11.04 x DM5459.29.34 or DM3051.37.18 x DM635.607.
Could you please provide guidance on how to script this dependency determination?
