Welcome, this is a forum for questions and discussion relating to the use of the R package hiphop.
hiphop is a software package designed in R for performing parentage assignment using bi-allelic genetic markers such as SNPs.hiphop v0.0.9 was released on CRAN 01/08/2020. https://CRAN.R-project.org/package=hiphop
