'Empty' .lvm files

We work with Gen-1 magnetometers and QZFM-UI-v3.2 app. After one of the experiments, we found out that in some experiment sessions all the .lvm files are ‘empty’ (they weigh around 1 KB and contain only the Header with Time and Data columns empty). Could you please comment on what could be the problem and how to solve it?

It sounds like Print may not have been turned on before starting the data save. Ensuring that the sensors are printing digital data in the QZFM UI before pressing Data Save should fix this problem. Please let us know if this problem still occurs.
