Claudia,

According to the product sheet, this printer natively supports QR Codes but you would need to prepare the label in a format that it natively supports.  This would require a bit of knowledge of EPL or ZPL.

If you'd rather not learn the QR code commands, we have an appendImage() function which can do some of the EPL or ZPL for you:

If you use this technique, you'll also have to add the start and end commands for that language.  I would recommend starting with printEPL and printZPL examples in sample.html.

Since you are dealing with hardware that is capable of doing all of this on its own, I would recommend leveraging the hardware.

Namely, I would recommend a text/raw printing language called "ZPL".  This is the most direct method and also a popular standard in the shipping and labeling industry so you will find many examples.

Before you run our demo, I would advise reading a bit on raw printing.

Once you're done with that, I would recommend configuring your printer as a raw device per:

http://qz.io/rawwin (if you're not on Windows, we have tutorials for other platforms too).

To make sure the web page can print to your device, I would then recommend installing our software from here:

Once the software is installed and running, visit our demo page:

The "ZPL" buttons are ones you should be interested in.  If you can get ZPL working with your hardware, then we can continue discussion walking through the process of printing the QR code.

If you'd prefer some consulting advice from us directly, we can do that privately as well with a support subscription.
