```
It works fine for html, but pdf/image fails to print with crash. It complains of DPI problems, we tried changing the dpi in demo site to 72dpi with no luck. tried 203 no luck. It was working fine until recently
The DPI will default to 203 if not specified, so that should be fine.
These crashes are often a result of a low-level JVM crash and usually are accompanied by a hs_err_pid.log file.
For some reason the logs you've pasted above don't show an actual crash, so this hs_err_pid file may be somewhere else on your system,
Can you help obtain the crash information so that we can research this further?
I can usually capture it from cmd if I launch it that way, but if you can't get it from cmd, then it would be in a location writable by that user.
Oracle claims the default location is %TMP%, which for my profile is C:\Users\tres\AppData\Local\Temp.
You could search the C:\ drive for that file as well.  Make sure you sort by timestamp as to not send one for another application.
