Thank you Lite for your response. I'm not a developer, but just trying to do some support across these machines. When you say you have to "sign the build process", does this mean during the development & compile process? Or can we just go into the Java Config and under Manage Certificates to insert the proper certificate (yours for instance). Thanks so much.

buy.qz.io, but you may also use your own trusted certificate and build the applet yourself. Where you get your own certificate is entirely up to you. We've found that it is usually less expensive to use our trusted certificate.

buy.qz.io, your version of the applet will usually last much longer than one year. You will also have access to new QZ-Tray software during that year, in case you decide to switch.

Chrome was the first browser to do this, and we have created QZ-Tray to solve this problem. Unlike the Java Applet, QZ-Tray must be installed to each client machine, and the trusted signing process is more involved. We feel it is our best solution moving forward, however, so we will discontinue applet support early in 2017. I hope this satisfies your inquiry. Do not hesitate to contact us at
sup...@qz.io regarding Premium support.

Every time the user restarts the application in a new window it prompts the user with "Do you want to run this application?" for the QZ Print Plugin. As we have many users and pcs, we'd like to have this plugin autorun/enabled without prompting the user. Is there anything we can do to enable this? Also, we're running on Windows 7. Thank you.
