unable to take print

Hi,

We are one of sellers on FLIPKART.COM (india), but from past few days we are not been able to auto generate sale shipping labels from the website. 

I am attaching the screenshot of the error and also sharing video link - https://canva.link/nexg61nkealkxao

we are using QZ TRAY 2.2.6 version

can you pls guide. till 06-04-26 we were getting prints and then suddenly it stopped working and showing errors. Flipkart team has no answers here

Hi,

Your first point of contact should be your website developer... flipkart... 

For starters, I would ensure that the seller.flipkart.com website has been allowed to connect to Apps on device.

If this doesn't fix the issue, I would recommend sending a copy of your device logs to sup...@qz.io.
