Black dots image print

Hi,

Using thermal printer, black dots are coming in the page, but it is printing very clearly in the laser printer.

I am attaching the sample image printed.

Is there any way to resolve these print issues?

Without looking at the logs, my first suggestion is to turn off dithering in the printer driver settings:

Control Panel > Devices and Printers > Label Printer > Printing Preferences > Dithering Tab > "None"

The photo results, however, look to be affecting the entire width of the label; dithering spots are usually concentrated around black shapes in the print results.

This seems like either there is some issue with the hardware; if it is a transfer printer, check that the black ribbon is routed properly, and if it is a direct thermal printer, make sure the rollers are clean.

Please attempt a test-print with the operating system - if the results are the same, it is not an issue with QZ-Tray, but rather an issue with the printer itself.

Click QZ-Tray > Advanced > Diagnostic > Zip Logs to Desktop, attach in email; you may send these directly to lite.m.fi...@gmail.com if you do not wish to share this information with the qz-print google group.
