Without looking at the logs, my first suggestion is to turn off dithering in the printer driver settings:
Control Panel > Devices and Printers > Label Printer > Printing Preferences > Dithering Tab > "None"
The photo results, however, look to be affecting the entire width of the label; dithering spots are usually concentrated around black shapes in the print results.
This seems like either there is some issue with the hardware; if it is a transfer printer, check that the black ribbon is routed properly, and if it is a direct thermal printer, make sure the rollers are clean.
Please attempt a test-print with the operating system - if the results are the same, it is not an issue with QZ-Tray, but rather an issue with the printer itself.
